Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for credit, exchange, or a refund to the original payment method.

 Please note there are some small exceptions to our return and refund policy.

•  Refunds & returns are available on discounted or sale items within 14 days of purchase.
•  Returned items must have tags still attached and be returned in original product packaging.
•  Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
• We ask for all items to returned in their original packaging. 

 To start a return or exchange, please contact us via email with details of your return & include the following information.

•  Your order number
•  Name/Details
•  Reason you are requesting your return
•  Please attach a photo/image of the item(s) you wish to return.
•  Details of your preferred return option (exchange, credit or refund)

 We will be in contact within 1 - 2 days to help you with your request. 

 Please note any refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.
